Thriving Together: Supporting Wellbeing in the Nonprofit Sector is designed to promote wellness and foster connection within the nonprofit community.

It’s been seven years since our last nonprofit gathering, and the need to come together has never been greater. In the day-to-day demands of our work, it’s easy to feel disconnected, but this conference offers a unique opportunity to reunite, share insights, and envision a new future of collaboration and support.
Nonprofit professionals give so much of themselves to serve others, often with limited resources, and this event offers them a chance to recharge, refocus, and help shape the future of nonprofit collaboration in Humboldt County.

Through interactive workshops, thoughtful discussions, and hands-on activities centered around art, healing, and community-building, participants will discover fresh approaches to sustaining their energy and thriving in their roles. Thriving Together emphasizes the critical importance of self-care for nonprofit leaders and staff, acknowledging that while they are often on the front lines of support, they too need care, resources, and resilience.
