Join us for a DEI Workshop Series with Soo Young Lee! This virtual event consists of two sessions: Part 1 on October 1 and Part 2 on October 8, both from 2-4 PM. Open to all California nonprofit organizations, registration covers both days.

Fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within nonprofit organizations is not just a matter of compliance but a fundamental aspect of creating relevant and value-based services. This webinar aims to provide a comprehensive guide for nonprofits to embark on the journey towards building inclusive and sustainable workplaces on multiple levels. Beginning from the premise that we are all racially and culturally biased, the webinar invites honest and transparent conversations around the challenges and solutions to DEI in the workplace.

Soo Young Lee is a professional in the personal development industry with over 20 years of experience as a life coach, seminar leader, and business consultant. She is the founder of Multiverse Consulting, an educational and consulting company based on quantum skill sets for the digital economy. Her consulting work includes strategic growth, value assessments, organizational development for entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses.
